What happens to our data if we cancel the subscription?
We will delete all data in accordance with GDPR. Some aggregated and anonymized data will be kept for benchmarking.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply go the settings page in GoSimplo and cancel the subscription. You will of course need admin rights to do this.
Can I always downgrade or terminate our subscription?
Sure you can - we do not believe in long and complex contracts. You can always downgrade premium features or even cancel the entire subscription.
How do we secure your data?
We host your data in the cloud with Microsoft Azure, providing state-of-the-art security with data at rest encryption. Data transfer is also encrypted, ensuring a safe passage to Microsoft Azure.
